  Throughout our history, this question has been a guiding compass to the future.

“TEDxGlobisU” will be held online, inheriting the TED spirit of “Ideas Worth Spreading” with the talks by seven diverse and unique speakers, followed by a workshop discussing “betterment of our society”.

How To Participate
This conference will be conducted via Zoom video conference application. Internet connection on a PC, mobile phone, or tablet for video conference will be required to participate. We will send out a separate invitation to participants one day prior to the event.

If necessary, please test your internet connectivity and peripherals on Zoom test site before the event. Please refer to the test site: https://zoom.us/test

Once you purchase the ticket, we will automatically send a confirmation email to the registered email address. To ensure to receive an automated confirmation message after the purchase as we will send a separate invitation which includes Zoom link for participation.

  • The participation of the event is limited to the registered member only. Recording in any form, either visual or audio is strictly prohibited. Your cooperation is required in order to enable our speakers to deliver their ideas in the best environment.
Why Do We Have an Online TEDx
Historically, TEDx events are held physically where speakers would conduct talk shows and workshops. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation which affects every fiber of our society, TEDxGlobisU felt obliged to avoid any negative social impact of conducting such a big event, and has chosen to hold an online conference instead.
